  5. Establish measurable quality objectives and monitor performance to drive continual improvement.
  6. Maintain strong supplier and subcontractor control to ensure quality across the supply chain.
  7. Foster a culture of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at all levels of the organization.

Top Management is responsible for providing leadership, resources, and oversight to ensure this Quality Policy is communicated, understood, implemented, and reviewed for continuing suitability.

This policy is available to all employees and relevant interested parties and shall be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and operational context.
